Full Safety Compliance with up to date Certification Documentation & Serial Number Tracking
We only buy components that meet an ultra high standard and reliability and full for safety critical parts like our Air Tanks, Relief Valves & Air Horns we have full test documentation & design certificates conforming to AS/NZ Standards aligned to each Serial Number for peace of mind that your Air system will not endanger your employees. With a plethora of cheap off the shelf Air system parts available these days we stick to our custom designed, Australian made thick gauge steel tanks which are designed and individually pressure tested well above the AS1210 standard but still conveniently fits in the AS4343 Class E designation which doesn’t require periodic inspection & testing. Other than a huge benefit of safety, air receivers and air horns are built to last longer than the life of the machine.
Fully Stocked Parts Library
We maintain an up to date and always full parts library to quickly and efficiently dispatch critical parts for all our Air Horn Systems to minimise machine down times and maintain a safe operation of operations with a working air horn system.
In House Compressor Overhaul
We offer an in house compressor overhaul service for our HS036 compressor that we use on our HS01K Air Horn System. We also supply a compressor rebuild kit for those that prefer to re build compressors on site.
Install Guidance & Full Support
We are always on hand to take your calls and emails regarding any issue or troubleshooting your Air Horn System. We have over 40 years of Auto Electrical experience and an innate knowledge of most mining machines and can provide immediate support regarding install, operation and troubleshooting issues if something does go wrong.
